We will respond within thirty (30) days to requests by you to access your personal information.
Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share our customer's personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. Data Controlled by Our Clients
ShoppersON has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information it processes on behalf of its Clients, unless such an individual has otherwise provided his or her information directly to ShoppersON in a different, relationship-establishing context. If you wish to access, correct, amend or delete personal information retained by our Clients, you should direct your query to the relevant Client (i.e., the “data controller”) with respect to such personal information. If a Client requests that ShoppersON remove personal information that is in our possession or control, we will respond to their request within thirty (30) business days.
Data Retention
We will retain your personal information and the personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to all of our Clients. In addition, we will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, satisfy our contractual obligations and enforce our agreements.
International Use and Prohibited Use of the Site
Persons residing outside the United States or Canada, or persons for whom using or visiting the Site would violate applicable law or regulation, are prohibited from using or visiting the Site. We only provide services to United States and Canada residents. By submitting name or contact information to the Site, Site visitors expressly consent to being contacted directly by ShoppersON via electronic mail or by other means.

This Site contains links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by ShoppersON. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. In addition, if ShoppersON or substantially all of our assets are acquired, your anonymous data and PII may be among the transferred assets.

We understand the importance of protecting the privacy of children. Our Site is not intended for use by children and use by anyone under the age of eighteen (18) is prohibited. We do not target or solicit children in any way.
